- A Candidate will have to monitor client infrastructure and solutions.
- A Candidate will have to identifiy problems and errors prior to or when they occur.
- A Candidate will have to routine identify common incidents and opportunities for avoidance as well as general opportunities for incident reduction.
- A Candidate will have to investigate first line incidents assigned and identifies the root cause of incidents and problems.
- A Candidate will Provide telephonic or chat support to clients when required.
- A Candidate will have to schedule maintenance activity windows for patching and configuration changes.
- A Candidate will have to follow the required handover procedures for shift changes to ensure service continuity.
- A Candidate will have to report and escalates incidents where necessary.
- A Candidate will ensure the efficient and comprehensive resolutions of incidents and requests.
- A Candidate will have to update existing knowledge articles or create new ones.
- A Candidate will have to identifie opportunities for work optimization including opportunities for automation of work, request fulfilment, incident resolution, and other general process improvement opportunities.
