• A candidate should have strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• A candidate must have familiarity with manual testing techniques and tools (e.g. Notion, Jira, TestRail, etc.).
• A candidate must have knowledge of automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• A candidate should be proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred).
• A candidate must have basic understanding of SQL and database testing.
• A candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A candidate should have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Understanding of financial concepts or experience working in the fintech industry.
• Certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.)
