This position also includes providing Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations to leads. These demonstrations are designed to show the potential of the product and how it can specifically solve the customer’s problem or fulfill their needs. The individual ensures that the POCs are tailored to the specific requirements of each lead, showcasing the value and benefits of the product in a clear and compelling way.

Finally, A candidate is responsible for delivering accurate and timely solutions to customers. This requires a deep understanding of the product and the ability to think critically and problem-solve efficiently. By providing quick, effective solutions, the individual helps maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, fostering trust and long-term relationships with clients.
