Roles and Responsibilities :
A candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Quality Engineering (QE) group of the Saba People Cloud product. A candidate will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring the quality and reliability of the product through rigorous testing processes.
A candidate will undergo comprehensive training to understand the product’s functionality, learn test automation techniques, and become proficient in using tools like TestLink. This training is designed to equip a candidate with the necessary skills to contribute effectively to the team.
After training , A candidate will work under the guidance of a QE lead to participate in various testing cycles. These testing cycles are critical for identifying and fixing issues in the product before its release. A candidate will require a keen eye for detail, the ability to follow testing protocols, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
A candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the product meets user expectations. A candidate will also be responsible for documenting test results and providing feedback to help improve the product.
In addition to technical skills, A candidate should have strong communication and teamwork abilities. A candidate will regularly interact with other quality engineers and developers to understand requirements, share insights, and contribute to a seamless testing process.

Skills :
The position needs a candidate who have a strong understanding of web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. These skills are mandatory for working on and testing web-based applications effectively.
A working knowledge of object-oriented programming is also mandatory, with a preference for experience in Java. This knowledge will help a candidate understand and contribute to the development and testing of complex software systems.
A candidate should have experience with front-end automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Silk. These tools are important for automating tests and ensuring the smooth functioning of the product’s user interface.
