Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate graduating in 2025 are eligible to apply, provided candidate meet the specified academic and eligibility requirements. For B.Tech and MCA graduates candidate , a minimum of 7 CGPA (or equivalent) across all academic is mandatory. For those candidate with a B.Sc or BCA degree, the required CGPA is 6.5 (or equivalent) across all academic levels. These rules and regulations ensure that only a candidate with a strong academic background are considered.
It is essential that a candidate should not have any active backlogs at the time of applying. This criterion emphasizes the importance of academic discipline and readiness for professional roles.
The eligible branches for this opportunity are :
B.Tech: Circuit branches, which include Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). B.Sc: Specializations in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Statistics, Mathematics, and Economics are eligible. MCA: Master of Computer Applications graduate candidate are included in the eligibility list. BCA: Bachelor of Computer Applications graduate candidate can also apply.

As part of the program, A candidate will undergo a pre-boarding training designed to provide a strong foundation in data-related concepts, preparing them for roles at Fractal. Based on their performance during the program and the organization’s business needs, a candidates will be placed in one of four career tracks: Information Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Decision Sciences.
In the Information Architecture track, A candidate will focus on delivering insights, innovation, and impact to Fortune 500 clients through predictive analytics and visual storytelling. A candidate will learn to understand business requirements, design solutions, deploy BI tools, and extract meaningful insights from data. Additionally, they will take ownership of delivery, drive operational efficiency, and utilize automation to create impactful solutions.
For those in Data Engineering, A candidate emphasis will be on creating large-scale data engineering solutions. A candidate will build data pipelines for structured and unstructured data using cloud-native and open-source technologies. A candidate will also develop real-time systems, create solutions leveraging IoT data, and design advanced data warehouses and lakehouses.
The Data Science track will focus on solving complex problems through statistical and machine learning techniques. A candidate will work independently on analytical projects, conduct research, prototype innovative solutions, and consult with clients to address advanced analytical challenges.
In the Decision Sciences track, A candidate will work closely with clients to understand business needs and solve challenging data-related problems. A candidate will analyze large datasets, build pipelines and dashboards, harmonize data, and develop models aligned with business logic to support decision-making.
