- A Candidate must have degree in Data Science (or a similar field), or equivalent work experience.
- A Candidate must have hands-on experience applying machine learning to solve real business problems, using techniques like classification, regression, clustering, and NLP. Interest in deep learning is a plus.
- A Candidate must have good at writing clean, efficient code, and understanding best practices like organizing code and reusing it. Strong in Python and SQL.
- A Candidate must be able to explain technical work clearly to non-technical people, showing how it adds value to the business.
- A Candidate must be familiar with how to manage and organize code in projects.
- A Candidate must be comfortable working with AWS tools like SageMaker for data science tasks.
- A Candidate must have experience with big data tools, especially PySpark.
- A Candidate must be good at creating easy-to-understand data visualizations using tools like Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or similar.
