An entry level software development position that will work in a team environment creating and modifying software applications using a variety of technologies and tools.
Responsibilities:
Candidate relentlessly pursues quality through multiple levels of automated testing, including unit, API, End-to-End and load testing. By developing innovative tooling, test harnesses and monitoring solutions that candidate ensures the reliability and performance of software products. With a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement so candidate actively contributes to building robust and efficient testing frameworks.
Candidate works within an agile scrum team fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. By assisting product owners in backlog grooming that story breakdown and estimation so candidate plays a vital role in refining development tasks. They ensuring smooth project execution. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is a key strength that enabling seamless coordination above the organization.
Candidate documents software changes for use by engineers, quality assurance teams and documentation specialists. Through a deep understanding of assigned technologies, languages and best practices so candidate ensures well-structured and maintainable code. Troubleshooting and debugging existing software to resolve defects and improve system performance are integral parts of candidate’s role.
Candidate develops infrastructure as code to enable reliable application deployment through automation or on-demand execution. By maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving so candidate contributes to the stability and scalability of software solutions. Candidate adapts to evolving business needs and taking on various responsibilities as required.
Candidate primarily works in a sedentary job environment requiring long periods of sitting and typing. Observing computer screens for extended durations and engaging in clear verbal and written communication are essential aspects of the role. The open work environment requires candidate to focus while working alongside colleagues in a collaborative setting.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:
Candidate holds a BE/BTech degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. With up to one year of experience in software application development so candidate has mastered fundamental programming concepts including Object Oriented Programming (OOPs) and has demonstrated the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills which enable effective collaboration in a fast-paced dynamic environment. With a keen ability to track software issues through to successful resolution that candidate ensures the smooth functioning of software applications. Adaptability is a core strength allowing candidate to quickly learn new development languages and apply them efficiently to real world projects.
Candidate has hands-on experience with technologies i.e. C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET/Entity Framework, Web API, REST API and LINQ. Proficiency in SQL Server further enhances candidate’s ability to work with data-driven applications. Exposure to Agile methodologies ensures that candidate can work effectively within iterative development cycles contributing to seamless project execution.
