Responsibilities:
Candidate is responsible for supporting various design and manufacturing sites by managing products, parts, drawings and other design-related processes. This includes ensuring smooth coordination between teams and maintaining accuracy in design-related tasks.
Candidate will be responsible for maintaining critical business-related documents, including datasheets, functional processes, policies, engineering drawings, engineering changes, project reports, specifications, product proposals and product/part documentation. Accuracy and organization in document management are essential to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Candidate must enter and maintain component data, manufacturer information, and approved vendor lists within the global component database. This role requires attention to detail and an ability to manage large datasets effectively.
Candidate will create and maintain a comprehensive component database for all electrical, electronic, and indirect materials. Additionally, the quality review of component parameter attributes from datasheets will be a crucial part of the role, ensuring all data is accurate and up to standard.
Candidate must validate Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPN) and provide suitable alternates where necessary. Monitoring component End-of-Life (EOL) status and managing component obsolescence will be a key responsibility to ensure uninterrupted production and smooth transitions to alternative components.
Candidate will work as part of a cross-functional team to implement product component changes within the company, ensuring collaboration across departments and effective execution of necessary updates.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:
Candidate must have BE, BTech or MCA degree that providing a good technical foundation for software development and problem solving. A solid analytical skill is essential for tackle complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
Candidate should have mindset geared toward constant improvement, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance processes, optimize performance and stay updated with industry best practices. Passion for automation is key trait that demonstrating proactive approach that improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Candidate have knowledge of ASP.NET using C# and experience working with .NET Framework 4.0 and above. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and later versions is crucial along with hands on experience in writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures for database management and optimization.
Candidate should be willing to work within application maintenance and support teams that ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. A proactive and adaptable attitude is essential to manage support responsibilities effectively.
Candidate must have complete proficiency in English that enabling clear communication and collaboration with global teams and stakeholders. Strong verbal and written skills will ensure effective documentation, reporting and teamwork.
