Detailed Eligibility:
Candidate must be recent graduate with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from reputed institution obtained within the past 12 months. This ensures strong academic foundation and familiarity with latest industry trends and technologies.
Candidate should show academic excellence, maintaining minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average that of 7 or higher. A strong academic record shows ability to grasp complex concepts that apply problem solving skills and maintain a consistent level of performance.
Candidate have at least six months of hands on experience through internships, co-op programs or work experience in software development. Practical exposure to real world projects allows for deeper understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
Candidate should have a strong passion for one or more of the following domains: Software as a Service, Observability or Cloud Databases. Interest in these areas indicates willingness to innovate and contribute to cutting edge technological advancements. Candidate must have technical proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages i.e. Java, JavaScript (including ReactJs) or GoLang. A solid grasp of these languages that enables the candidate to develop scalable, efficient and high quality software solutions.
