Responsibilities:
The candidate should have experience in equipment or manufacturing engineering within an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment. They should be skilled in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) processes, including stencil printing, SMT (Surface Mount Technology), wave soldering, assembly, and box build. Additionally, knowledge of machine programming for SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), P&P (Pick and Place), and X-ray machines is essential.
The candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring and improving the SMT process based on customer requirements, technical specifications, and internal procedures. They will conduct testing and inspection activities, providing reports to customers. Collaboration with other engineering team members is also key, ensuring that new products are designed with manufacturability in mind.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria and Qualification:
The candidate should have a B.E. degree in ECE, EEE, E&TC, E&I, or Mechatronics, with 0 to 1 year of experience. They should have good English communication skills and a strong foundation in analytical and logical reasoning. Prior experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry, especially in electronics, will be an advantage.
The candidate must be comfortable working in night shifts and should possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in a professional environment. Their ability to analyze problems and think logically will help them succeed in this role.
