Job Description :

The company is hiring Trainee Engineers for a non-software role in Bangalore. Candidates must have a minimum of 60% throughout their academics and should not have any active backlogs during the selection process.

Eligible candidates must have completed a BE/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Industrial Production in 2023 or 2024.

The offered salary is ₹3.75 LPA, which includes ₹3.5 LPA (fixed) + ₹25,000 retention bonus, payable after completing one year.

A 3-year service agreement (bond) is required.

3. HR Interview (Candidates must clear all stages for final selection)
