TCS is offering exciting entry-level opportunities for freshers through its TCS BPS program, only for Arts and Commerce graduates from the batch of 2025. Open to a candidate aged 18 to 28, this position gives a chance to work across PAN India in one of TCS’s fastest-growing units. Test Pattern :
This test is to be completed in 50 minutes and contains of three section : Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability, and Logical Reasoning.
- Verbal Ability: This section rates a candidate’s command over language, including reading comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence structure. It tests the ability to understand and analyze written material, identify correct usage, and apply appropriate language rules.
- Numerical Ability: This Numerical Ability section focuses on judging a candidate’s mathematical and numerical problem-solving skills. It involves topics such as arithmetic, number series, percentage calculations, profit and loss, time and distance, and basic algebra. A candidate are expected to solve numerical problems quickly and accurately.
- Logical Reasoning: This section requires the ability to think logically and solve problems using deductive reasoning. It involves puzzles, patterns, analogies, and reasoning through series and sequences. The objective is to check how well a candidate can analyze information, recognize patterns, and make logical conclusions.
The overall test is designed to check a candidate’s proficiency in each of these areas, with the goal of checking their critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. The time allocated for each section is limited, requiring a candidate to manage their time effectively and answer as many questions as possible within the given 50-minute duration. Successful performance in all three sections is mandatory to demonstrate a strong aptitude in verbal, numerical, and logical reasoning skills.
TCS Hiring Freshers of 2025 for the role of BPS across India | Eligibility Criteria :
The eligibility criteria for t are this position comprehensive and aim to ensure that a candidate should meet the required academic and professional standards while being prepared for the work environment. A candidate must have completed a three-year full-time graduation degree in fields such as B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, or BMS. The opportunity is open exclusively to a candidate graduating in 2025. A candidate is allowed to have up to one active backlog, arrear, or ATKT at the time of the interview. However, any such academic requirements must be cleared before joining the company, and all pending backlogs or arrears should be cleared within the stipulated course duration set by the educational institution.
It is mandatory for a candidate to have completed their education within the given timeframe. Extended education, where a candidate take longer than the standard course duration, is not permitted. If there are any gaps or breaks in education, A candidate must be disclosed in the TCS Application Form. These gaps must not exceed 24 months in total up to the highest level of qualification. The eligibility criteria strictly require a candidate to have completed full-time courses. Part-time and correspondence courses are not accepted. However, A candidate who have completed their secondary or senior secondary education through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) are also eligible, provided that all subsequent courses were pursued on a full-time basis. This ensures consistency and alignment with the organization’s standards for educational qualifications.
Although the position is specially for trainees, a candidate with prior work experience must declare their experience details in the TCS Application Form. This position needs flexibility and adaptability, as a candidate must be willing to work in a 24×7 environment. This involves rotational shifts and night shifts, which are often dictated by project needs and client requirements. A candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage these working conditions effectively.
The company has also defined age criteria for eligibility. A candidate must be at least 18 years old and no older than 28 years at the time of filling the application.
