Roles and Responsibilities:
A candidate in this position will be responsible for managing and developing partnerships with potential partners and clients.
Lead Engagement: A candidate will receive out going leads from the marketing team and will be tasked with connecting with these leads to explore opportunities. A candidate will visit partners’ offices to engage with them directly, discussing potential collaborations. Additionally, to the leads provided by the marketing team, A candidate will proactively search for more leads by utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Justdial, ensuring a constant stream of potential partnerships.
Partnership Development: Once a candidate identifies potential partners, A candidate will need to thoroughly understand the services these partners offer. A candidate will pitch relevant RazorpayX products to Chartered Accountants, aiming to build solid and mutually beneficial partnerships. A candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to finalizing the partnership, ensuring that RazorpayX products are effectively introduced and integrated into the partners’ offerings.
Onboarding and Handover: Once a new partner is onboarded, A candidate will prepare all essential documentation and provide detailed descriptions about the partnership. A candidate will then hand over the newly acquired partners to the farming team, ensuring that the transition is smooth and that the farming team has all the information needed to manage and nurture the relationship moving forward.
This position includes a combination of strategic engagement, business development, and relationship management to build and maintain partnerships. A candidate is expected to take ownership of the entire process, from identifying potential leads to successfully establishing long-term collaborations, while ensuring a seamless handover to the farming team.
