Deloitte Hiring Freshers for Jr. Associate role in Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

This is an entry-level role requiring at least 6 months to 1 year of experience. A candidate in this position will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone calls, web forms, emails, chats, and voicemails. A candidate will work on developing speed and accuracy in task completion, ensuring efficient processing of transactions and providing excellent client service.

A candidate will communicate with customers from diverse regions, such as the Americas, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), and APAC (Asia-Pacific), both verbally and in writing. A candidate’s role will involve recording, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests according to a defined scope of support. A candidate will have to work to achieve high client satisfaction while maintaining technical accuracy and adhering to contact quality guidelines.

Staying updated with any outage notifications or knowledge updates that are communicated on an as-needed basis will be essential. A candidate will be responsible for resolving assigned incidents and problems, with a clear understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the incident lifecycle. A candidate will also provide daily reports to supervisors, updating them on their progress, assignments, and any concerns that may arise.

Flexibility in working across different shifts will be necessary. Throughout all tasks, A candidate will focus on developing a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and proficiency in client service.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate must be a non-engineering graduate, with a background in fields such as Sciences, BSC-IT, BCA, or similar qualifications. Graduates from Tier 3 colleges or non-tiered institutions are also eligible to apply.

In addition, A candidate should have prior work experience ranging from 6 to 18 months, with a preference for experience in a service desk role. This experience will help the candidate to adapt quickly to the responsibilities of the position, including customer support, troubleshooting, and resolving service requests.

This position is suitable for a candidate with a basic understanding of IT systems and service desk operations, who is eager to develop further skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

 

Skills:

A candidate should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, which are essential for tasks such as managing emails, creating documents, and working with data. A candidate should also possess basic troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues or service requests. This includes identifying problems and offering timely solutions to ensure smooth service delivery.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact clearly and professionally with customers and team members, ensuring that information is conveyed accurately. A candidate must be flexible with work hours, as the position may require working in different shifts, especially in a 24×7 operational environment.

A candidate should have a positive attitude toward learning and show agility in quickly adapting to new tools, concepts, and processes. Being a quick learner is important for handling evolving tasks and responsibilities. Additionally, A candidate should have a collaborative mindset, being a team player who is willing to share knowledge, maintain transparency, and grow together with the team.

Problem-solving skills are key, as a candidate will need to address challenges and find effective solutions as they arise. Strong analytical skills will also be needed , allowing a candidate to think critically, analyze information, and make informed decisions to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
