Eligibility Criteria:

A candidate graduating in 2025 are eligible to apply, provided  candidate meet the specified academic and eligibility requirements. For B.Tech and MCA graduates candidate , a minimum of 7 CGPA (or equivalent) across all academic is mandatory. For those candidate with a B.Sc or BCA degree, the required CGPA is 6.5 (or equivalent) across all academic levels. These rules and regulations ensure that only a candidate with a strong academic background are considered.

It is essential that a candidate should not have any active backlogs at the time of applying. This criterion emphasizes the importance of academic discipline and readiness for professional roles.

The eligible branches for this opportunity are :

B.Tech: Circuit branches, which include Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). B.Sc: Specializations in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Statistics, Mathematics, and Economics are eligible. MCA: Master of Computer Applications graduate candidate are included in the eligibility list. BCA: Bachelor of Computer Applications graduate candidate can also apply.

Evaluation Process:

The evaluation process for a candidate includes various stages to assess their skills and suitability for the role.

The 1st stage is an Aptitude Test that is for 75 minutes. This test evaluates a candidate’s problem-solving skills, logical and reasoning , and analytical ability.

The second stage includes a Coding Test that’s from 60 to 90 minutes. This test focuses on assessing a candidate’s programming knowledge, coding skills, and ability to solve technical problems efficiently.

A candidate who perform well in these tests proceed to the interview rounds. There are three rounds of interviews, each focusing on a different aspect:

  1. Technical Interview: This round evaluates a candidate’s expertise in their domain, technical knowledge, and ability to apply concepts in practical scenarios.
  2. Business Understanding Interview: This round assesses a candidate’s understanding of the company’s business, their problem-solving approach, and how a candidate  align with the organization’s goals.
  3. HR Interview: The final round focuses on assessing  a candidate’s communication skills, attitude, and overall fit for the company culture.

This structured process ensures a thorough evaluation of candidates, allowing the company to select individuals who meet the required standards and are best suited for the role.

Evaluation Timeline:

The evaluation process follows a structured timeline to ensure a smooth and efficient selection of candidates.

  1. Screening Timeline: The initial screening of a candidate will take place from 26th December 2024 to 8th January 2025. During this period, all submitted applications will be reviewed to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  2. Online Assessment: The shortlisted candidates will participate in the online assessment between 9th January 2025 and 14th January 2025. This stage includes aptitude and coding tests designed to evaluate candidates’ technical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Interviews: A candidate who successfully clear the online assessment will be invited for interviews starting from 16th January 2025 onwards. These interviews will include technical, business understanding, and HR rounds to assess the candidate’s suitability for the role comprehensively.

This timeline provides a candidates with a clear overview of the key milestones in the evaluation process, enabling them to prepare accordingly.

 

Remuneration :

The compensation structure for B.Tech and MCA graduate candidate is designed as a 3-year package totaling INR 22 lakh:

  • Year 1: INR 6 lakh CTC plus a joining bonus of INR 1 lakh, subject to a 12-month claw-back.
  • Year 2: INR 6.6 lakh CTC.
  • Year 3: INR 7.4 lakh CTC plus a retention bonus of INR 1 lakh, subject to a 12-month claw-back.

From the retention bonus, INR 50,000 will be disbursed with the 25th month’s salary. The remaining INR 50,000 will be linked to the first two promotions within the Imagineer Program tenure, based on performance (INR 25,000 for each promotion). If early promotions are not achieved, this portion of the retention bonus will not be disbursed.

For B.Sc and BCA graduate candidate , the 3-year package totals INR 21 lakh:

  • Year 1: INR 5.5 lakh CTC plus a joining bonus of INR 1 lakh, subject to a 12-month claw-back.
  • Year 2: INR 6.25 lakh CTC.
  • Year 3: INR 7.25 lakh CTC plus a retention bonus of INR 1 lakh, subject to a 12-month claw-back.

Similarly, INR 50,000 from the retention bonus will be disbursed with the 25th month’s salary, while the remaining INR 50,000 will be tied to the first two promotions (INR 25,000 for each). If these promotions are not achieved within the tenure, this portion will not be paid.

This structure incentivizes performance and long-term commitment.

 

Roles and Responsibility :

As part of the program, A candidate will undergo a pre-boarding training designed to provide a strong foundation in data-related concepts, preparing them for roles at Fractal. Based on their performance during the program and the organization’s business needs, a candidates will be placed in one of four career tracks: Information Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Decision Sciences.

In the Information Architecture track, A candidate will focus on delivering insights, innovation, and impact to Fortune 500 clients through predictive analytics and visual storytelling. A candidate will learn to understand business requirements, design solutions, deploy BI tools, and extract meaningful insights from data. Additionally, they will take ownership of delivery, drive operational efficiency, and utilize automation to create impactful solutions.

For those in Data Engineering, A candidate emphasis will be on creating large-scale data engineering solutions. A candidate will build data pipelines for structured and unstructured data using cloud-native and open-source technologies. A candidate will also develop real-time systems, create solutions leveraging IoT data, and design advanced data warehouses and lakehouses.

The Data Science track will focus on solving complex problems through statistical and machine learning techniques. A candidate will work independently on analytical projects, conduct research, prototype innovative solutions, and consult with clients to address advanced analytical challenges.

In the Decision Sciences track, A candidate will work closely with clients to understand business needs and solve challenging data-related problems. A candidate will analyze large datasets, build pipelines and dashboards, harmonize data, and develop models aligned with business logic to support decision-making.

This program equips a candidates with the skills and expertise required to excel in their respective roles while delivering impactful solutions to global clients.
