A candidate’s role will be based in towns across various regions of India. The position involves managing dealers, modern retail outlets, and the Canteen Stores Department. It also trains company personnel on the best cooking practices using Hawkins products and organizes cooking demonstrations at dealer conferences in India, as well as in cities like New York, Paris, Geneva, and Dubai.
The Test Kitchen evaluates new products from the consumer’s perspective and collaborates with the Research and Development center in Thane on product design. It is also includes in marketing activities, including product packaging development and a new initiative focused on shooting recipe videos.
Hawkins is hiring management trainees for the Test Kitchen who enjoy experimenting with both Indian and international recipes, vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. A candidate’s role in manufacturing will involve managing press shops, machine shops, anodizing shops, or assembly shops, where a candidate will lead teams to produce high-quality products. This may also include commissioning new machines and importing new technologies. In Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, the role focuses on preventive maintenance of machines and electrical installations.
