A candidate should be a graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) or Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (BAF) degree from the 2024 batch. It is essential that a candidate has no active backlogs, either during the selection process or at the time of joining.
A candidate must have a strong communication skills , with a particular emphasis on proficiency in spoken and written English. A candidate should also have good interpersonal abilities to work effectively in a team environment. The position demands the capability to perform under pressure, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work.
Basic computing skills are necessary for the candidates , enabling a candidate to navigate standard technology tools and software effectively. The role also needs flexibility and a willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, which includes rotating shifts.
The job location for this opportunity is Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
A candidate will be responsible for several key tasks related to pricing and proposals. One of the main task is gathering requirements from various tools and systems. This includes recalculating product prices and applying custom adjustments based on specific business needs.
A candidate will also be responsible for setting up and generating both preliminary and final versions of pricing sheets using internal tools. These pricing sheets are typically created in Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the organization’s standards.
A candidate will review pricing proposals to ensure they comply with Microsoft volume licensing policies. This involves verifying that the proposals meet all important guidelines and that the required custom adjustments have been applied correctly.
A candidate will be also responsibile for creation of Deal Books, which provide valuable historical data for Microsoft sales representatives. This Deal Books help in planning future orders by analyzing past trends and pricing structures.
Additionally, A candidate will create various supporting documents as part of the proposal package. These documents are necessary for ensuring that all aspects of the pricing and proposals are clearly communicated and well-documented.
Overall, the role involves working with multiple tools, ensuring compliance with licensing policies, and providing crucial data to support sales and proposal processes.
Assessment process:
The assessment process consists of three stages.
- Assessment 1: First round will be English MCQ test, where a candidates are checked based on their scores in each module, and the clearance depends on performance across all sections.
- Assessment 2: Second round will be Spoken English test (SVAR) and a verbal communication assessment to evaluate a candidate’s proficiency in speaking and understanding English.
- Assessment 3: Third round will be technical and HR interviews, where a candidates are assessed on their technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit within the company’s culture and values. Successful completion of all assessments is required for progression
Note:
