The ServiceNow Service Line is currently seeking Testing professionals candidates with 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in testing various ServiceNow modules and automation using ATF (Automated Test Framework). A candidate must have the ability to analyze technical requirements and work closely with client to perform thorough testing of the ServiceNow platform.
A candidate will be responsibile for technical in nature, focusing on the testing and automation of ServiceNow modules. However, A candidate also identify a strong need for a functional understanding of business processes. This means that while this position requires technical expertise, A candidates should also be able to comprehend how different business processes work and how ServiceNow can be utilize to support them. This understanding will help in identifying potential issues or improvements during testing and ensure that the platform meets customer needs effectively.
A candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring that ServiceNow modules function as desired. A candidate will also work on automating test scripts using ATF, helping streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
