Accountability :

• A candidate must be able to develop and maintains a range of risk reports, including credit, market, operational, and liquidity risk reports, as well as regulatory compliance reports.
• A candidate will have to extract risk-related data from diverse sources, such as internal systems, risk models, and external market data feeds, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• A candidate will have to analyze risk data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, assessing the potential impact of various risk exposures on organizational objectives.
• A candidate will have to monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to detect emerging risks, evaluate their significance, and track the effectiveness of implemented risk mitigation strategies.
• A candidate will have to enhance risk reporting processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing automation solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• A candidate will have to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk reports align with organizational needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• A candidate will have to ensure timely and accurate delivery of risk reports to relevant stakeholders, providing clear insights to support decision-making processes.
• A candidate will have to develop and maintain documentation for risk reporting processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and knowledge transfer across teams.
• A candidate will have to continuously review the effectiveness of reporting tools and systems, recommending and implementing upgrades or changes where necessary.
• A candidate will have to provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on the analysis of risk data and emerging trends, aiding in strategic planning and risk management initiatives.

  • A candidate must have strong capabilities in researching and analyzing financial, research-based, and other online reports from multiple domains to gather, interpret, and synthesize data effectively.
• Project Management:
  • A candidate must demonstrates proficient project management skills, including strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring project objectives are met within tight deadlines.
• Detail Orientation and Agile Work Approach:
