- A Candidate must have ability to read, write and speak with fluency in English
- A Candidate must have ability to work with a team towards successful delivery of project or initiative
- A Candidate must have ability to read P&IDs, PDFs
- A Candidate must have ability to work with proficiency with MS Office applications including MS Word, MS Excel , MS PowerPoint and Vision
- A Candidate must have ability and willingness to undergo technical as well as soft skills training as assigned by mentors
- A Candidate must have knowledge of fundamentals of unit operations and process, process equipment design, numerical analysis methods and industrial psychometric
- A Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Excel VBA Macro Development and/or Microsoft Access
