Wipro Careers 2024 | Roles & Responsibilities :

• A Candidate  will have to validate order as per the scope of work
• A Candidate  will have to do Network Config Mandatory attributes assignment and validation
• A Candidate  will have to coordinate with Order Managers to finalize on the exact scope before config build
• A Candidate  will review the network design shared by design team
• A Candidate  will have to built network config as per the scope and design
• A Candidate  will have to join customer edge device activation calls , lead the call and deploy the required device configuration
• A Candidate  will have to coordinate with L2 tech’s for complex issues
• A Candidate  will have to do troubleshooting on network issues coordinating with various stakeholders

Wipro Careers 2024 | Qualifications :

• A Candidate should be a Graduate
• A Fresher (With Certification/Course completed by a recognized institute) Or Experienced with minimum 6 months will be preferred
• There will be rotational shift, with rotational week offs (working flexibility on weekends is required)
• Voice 50% & Non Voice 50%

• A Candidate must have Telecom Domain/IT related knowledge
• A Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills
• A Candidate must have PC literate with good system navigation skills
• A Candidate must have understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A Candidate must have strong focus on delivering results in a team environment, working together to deliver the teams objectives.
• A Candidate must have good Logical though process
• A Candidate should be CCNA Trained or CCNA trained + Certified
• A Candidate should be SDWAN trained or SDWAN trained + Certified
